The Sulphur Springs Ranch Rodeo, produced by the Texas Heritage Association, has expanded to include a vendor show on Saturday April 12, 2008. The show will be held at the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center’s exhibit hall which is completely enclosed and climate controlled. This is your invitation to submit the enclosed registration forms to participate in the Cowboy Marketplace.

The Cowboy Marketplace hours will be from 10 am to 8 pm. There will be equine events during the day with the rodeo starting at 7:30pm. We also will have a Chuckwagon meal for noon on Saturday.

The Cowboy Marketplace will be promoted on local TV and radio, we will be advertising in newspapers, and we will be distributing flyers and posters, we are doing a mailing, and also have webpage www.theranchrodeo.com.

We want to do all we can to entice you to be a part of the Cowboy Marketplace. We have made the booth fee only $150 for an 8 X 10 space. If you need more room, a limited number of 8 X 20 spaces will be available for an extra charge. We are contacting local hotels and restaurants for discounts for vendors participating in this event. During the show we want to assist you in any way we can.

We would like for you to submit at least 2 photographs of the products you will be offering for sale unless you have already receive prior approval. Your photos will be returned when you check in or by mail. We want this to be a very successful trade show and as diverse as possible. We are looking for all types of merchandise in as many forms as possible but all items need to have a western influence.
